A funny couple were arrested today for trying to sell their 2 year old baby over the internet through Facebook social media in northeastern Brazilian city of Recife. A police's spokesman in Recife said that the child's parents were sent to jail for not being able to make a bail payment of $6,666 each and that their daughter was sent to Chilod Protective Services.
He also added that, when asked the reason for their inhumane action, the 40 year old father had no comment for their cruel intention, but the 23 year old mother of the girl child told the police that she was going to use the money from selling her daughter to travel abroad and then go into prostitution.
