Lauryn Hill goes to Prison

Lauryn Hill reported to prison on Monday to stay for a period of 3 months being charged with with 'failure to pay for federal income taxes.' 

The mother of six pleaded guilty last year up to a count of three for owing the federal income tax up to an amount of  $1.8 million from 2005 to 2007, the math was done and for recent neglect, it amounted to a sum of $600 million. 

Lauryn will carry out her 3 months prison sentence at a low security female facility in Danbury, Connecticut.
