Lloyd Phillips, 48, was arraigned for assaulting a 22 year old girl in a hotel room for 9 hours, after taking her to the Wembley stadium, and then plied her with a cocktail of drugs, put her on a wheel chair and carried her to the room in which he carried out this inhumane act.
